Some of the buildings at Rush Point were built in 1881. Of the eight cottages, there are three newer 3-bedroom cottages with 15' by 20' living room/kitchen combination, one wall being a 12' glass window. One other 3 bedroom, a 2-bedroom cottage plus three larger ones to complete the Rush Point complex. All have a fireplace and/or floor furnace for heat, automatic hot water, wall to wall linoleum, complete kitchens and bathrooms, and porches and/or sundecks. Each bed is equipped with a mattress pad, spread, pillows, and two blankets. We do not furnish linens, towels, paper products, clear garbage bags, microwaves, or tv's. Here at Rush Point you can enjoy living, whether you are a sports enthusiast, an interested observer, a lover of nature, or a guest of leisure. A fine place for the fishermen and their families: brook, rainbow, & lake trout, white fish, and bass are caught in season. There is plenty of spacious ground for safe playing for the children and numerous adirondack hiking trails just short distances from Rush Point. The rentals per week from Saturday 2:00pm to Saturday 11:00am range from $840.00 for the two bedroom to $900.00 for the larger 4 bedroom cottage. There is a charge for guests over the maximum limit at each cottage. Upon receiving a confirmation of reservation, a deposit of one half the total is required.
